I miss Lillian
Everybody misses Lillian. We are all healthy and happy, busy and cranky, tired and excited. It's a fun mixture of emotions.

First day of Kindergarten
Wow, it really happened. We all went to drop off Lillian this morning for her first day of school. It all happened so fast that she didn't even really say good-bye to us, just the teacher giving us reassuring looks as she waved us away. 7:50am -3:15pm, that is a long day. I'm so proud of her and so excited for this new chapter in her life (I'm telling myself this now for the first time remembering that really this is about her and not how we feel). Also, somehow she got switched and Mrs. Reid is her teacher not the other one I mentioned back in June. We met her Thursday night and she seems great. There are 23 kids in her class but they will be doing a lot of classroom time with the adjoining class that also has 23 kids. Lillian is holding her new backpack from Matt and Hannah. It is very fancy and even has her name on the front. :) I can't wait until we pick her up to hear about everything, guess I'll have to add to this post. It was 3:37 when Lillia
Five Years w/ the Dygglers
Earlier this week we said 'goodbye' to our friends, Mandy & David (better known as 'The Dygglers.') Mandy just finished at Baylor, and they're off to Tennessee, where David will finish his degree in the near future. We're going to miss them, and we're grateful for the ways they made life in Waco better.
